We started at the ground level—literally. After purchasing the property, we renovated every corner, creating a space that blends comfort, modern design, and classic Nantucket charm. To tell its story, we built a full brand from scratch: a clean, memorable logo, professional photos, and cinematic videos that showcase the property’s personality. Finally, we launched a rental listing designed to attract the right audience and communicate the Sea Lion experience before guests even arrive.
